Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use this site or our line

Norwalk Plumbing Care arranges plumbing work; the licensed professional who performs it is responsible for that work and its price. These terms explain where our role starts and stops.

Last updated 15 September 2026.

Accepting these terms

By using this website or calling our dispatch line, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the line.

Our role

We take your call, triage the job, and match you with an independent licensed plumbing professional who covers your area. The plumbing work itself is performed by that professional, not by us. We are not a party to the agreement you reach with them, we do not set their prices, and we do not direct their methods on site.

Every professional we work with operates their own business, holds their own California licensing and insurance, and is responsible for the services they provide, the quotes they give and the warranties they offer. You are entitled to ask for proof of licensing and insurance before work begins, and we verify both before anyone joins our network.

Quotes, pricing and payment

Any price quoted on the phone is an estimate based on your description. The binding figure is the written quote you receive on site, after the problem has been inspected and before work starts. You may decline that figure at no obligation, subject to any diagnostic or call-out fee disclosed to you in advance.

Payment is made directly to the plumbing professional who does the work. We do not collect payment for plumbing work and we do not hold funds on your behalf.

Response times

Response windows are estimates, not guarantees. Emergency traffic, weather, access and parts availability all affect arrival. We give you the most honest window we can at the time of the call and tell you if it slips.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information about the address, the problem and property access
  • Confirm you are the owner, or that you are authorised by the owner to have work performed
  • Provide safe access, including clearing the work area and controlling pets
  • Disclose known hazards, for example asbestos, prior unpermitted work, or hidden lines

Emergencies and safety

Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional judgement on site. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your utility and 911 before calling us. For a burst line, close the main shutoff first. Content on this site, including blog articles, is general information, not instructions for work you should attempt yourself.

Site content and intellectual property

Text, photographs, layout and code on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission. Service descriptions and pricing information are provided for guidance and may change without notice. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that the site is error free or continuously available.

Complaints and return visits

If the work is not right, call (562) 358-3351. We coordinate the return visit with the professional who did the job and we track the outcome, because that feedback determines who stays in our network. Warranty terms on the work itself are set by the professional who performed it, and we ask for them in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from arranging a job is limited to that arrangement itself. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, workmanship, property damage or consequential losses of an independent plumbing professional, or for decisions you make based on general information published on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the courts of Los Angeles County.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of the page shows when we last did. Questions go to (562) 358-3351 or dispatch@norwalkplumbingcare.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
